Amazing service. Got the family suv in extremely short notice while on vacation with places to be and had me back on the road in 30 minutes with a weld job on an exhaust mount. Excellent customer service!

Excellent service. Quick turn around. Kept us updated at every point. Love the emails with photos and explanations. Photos were a bit blurry though, but they're mechanics not photographers. Really love that I could approve or decline each service from my phone before service was performed and send it back to get it to the shop to get it done right away. Fantastic all the way around. I will continue to use Mick's from now on and I think it's worth it. Phenomenal job guys! Keep up the good work!

I am happy that I found a reliable auto place in Ludington! I recently moved to the area and went to 2 other auto places before going to Micks. They found the issue and got it fixed within a day unlike the other places. I also appreciated the long & detailed invoice with photos of the issue at hand along with any issues that may arise in the near future. The staff was friendly and I will be referring anyone with auto issues to this place.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. My car was making a noise that was difficult to diagnose but the folks at Mick’s were persistent and didn’t give up until they sorted out and fixed the problem. They took the extra time needed to pinpoint the problem and address it - and didn’t charge extra for the additional time they spent on it!
