On a long trip Our RV blew grey smoke this morning and Mike was willing to squeeze us in to check what’s going on. Great customer service and the cleanest repair shop we have encountered on our travels. We are back on the road… thanks Mike

Arrived in Ludington with “frozen” equalizer hitch arms. The RV tech had installed the hitch and either had tightened the arms too tight or failed to loosen them to allow for positioning. Either way, hitching and unhitching the rv from the truck was nearly impossible requiring Herculean strength (which I don’t have) to spread the arms to hitch/unhitch. On the recommendation of a local I called Mick’s and they said “come right over”. As a heavy truck shop, they immediately understood the predicament and promptly worked the arms looser to allow for them to open/close as they should with the correct level of friction. They were so very nice and had me on my way in 15 mins. Now that’s customer service! Highly recommend them for trucks issues big and small.

It’s rare that you walk away thrilled when dealing with anyone regarding car service but I had heard that Mick’s is a rare exception. I inadvertently dropped a wrench in the motor compartment of my Audi S5. Fearful that it would cause an issue I called Mick’s and they said bring it by. Much to my surprise they removed the skid plate retrieved the wrench and had it ready a short time later. To my greater surprise they said “no charge”. First class, honest, and more than fair. What else could you ask for. I know that wouldn’t have been the case at my Audi dealer. Thanks Mick’s.

My Car had several warning lights this morning and would not drive correctly. I called Mick’s after calling around and they got me right in. I wasn’t back to our rental for 30 minutes when Steve called with the diagnosis and cost. They had me back on the road the same afternoon! I am very pleased with the service, the friendliness of Steve and all the staff I had contact with. I would highly recommend Mick’s Truck and Auto to townies and out-of-Towners like I was!

Friendly and professional. They got me in right away. They checked for a Freon leak and added what was needed.

Service was done quickly, and price was fair. If i break down in this area i will be returning. As well i believe my gas class-a motorhome will be receiving maintenance work on chassis here next season. The e-mail quote and schedule system looks great and was great for areas where cell service is schetchy. I hope to experience the same good service here in the future as its hard to top the experience i had here.
